Booth holder agrees to provide its own insurance for all hazards and losses, and releases Heartland International Trade Shows, Inc., Krause Publications, Inc.,
F+W Publications, Inc., their officers, employees and agents for all losses at or arising out of the MidAmerica Coin Expo and/or associated events. Booth holder
agrees to attend booth during all dealer and public hours of event. Additional restrictions/conditions which are also part of this contract appear on
reverse. Booth holder is responsible for all transactions taking place from his booth. Booth holder acknowledges that booth location assignment is at discretion
of event management and that booths not renewed prior to leaving event will be considered vacant and offered to other dealers.

Stephens Convention Center, located at the intersection of Bryn Mawr Avenue and River Road, Rosemont, Illinois adjacent to

Premium section tables include two free cases. Premium corners include four free cases. All other cases and lights for additional fee. "L" cor-
ners have one eight- and one six-ft. table. Badges are for employees and family members only. Clients, friends, dealers maintaining a separate
commercial identity must purchase their own booth or a $50 Preview badge.
SECURITY
Security room available in the DoubleTree O'Hare from 12 noon Tuesday until 10AM on Thursday. Bourse Room security in Exhibit Hall D of
Donald E.Stephens Convention center from 10AM Thursday until 2PM Sunday.
