Additional Bourse Conditions:
1)
Booth holder represents that all individuals for whom badges have been requested are
his actual employees or household members, that no badges have been requested for
any individuals who are not his actual employees or family members and that no indi-
viduals listed for badges on his application maintain a commercial or business identity
separate from his own.
2)
Booth holder agrees not to permit anyone not officially accredited to his booth to be
present in, to do business or conduct transactions in, at or from his booth, agrees not
to sublet either his partial or entire booth and acknowledges that booths not occupied
by 4PM Thursday, June 21, 2007, revert to event sponsor without refund. Booth holder
acknowledges that he is responsible for the conduct of all individuals accredited to his
booth and is additionally responsible for the fulfillment of all commitments and transac-
tions made or entered into by them during the MidAmerica Coin Expo and/or any affili-
ated or associated events.
3) Booth holder acknowledges that once vacated, his booth reverts to event sponsor.
4)
Booth holder agrees to operate and be present in his booth during all booth holder
only and public hours of the MidAmerica Coin Expo and agrees to secure his briefcas-
es and/or other containers housing valuables or inventory with locked chains, cables
and/or other generally recognized security devices during all open and/or closed
hours of the MidAmerica Coin Expo. Booth holder acknowledges having been advised
that safe rentals are available.
5)
Booth holder agrees to vacate booth and surrender all MidAmerica Coin Expo sup-
plied rental equipment no later than 1:45PM Sunday, June 24, 2007.

Advise the agent at the hotel that you are attending the MidAmerica Coin Expo to qualify for the special
rate. Please reserve early! Our room block expires on May 20. Thereafter, or if the block is sold out sooner,
the hotel will charge higher rates. Due to the demand for hotel rooms in Rosemont over our dates, hotel
space will be at a premium. Do not procrastinate!
Airfare:
United Airlines is the official air carrier of the MidAmerica Coin Expo. For discounts ranging from 5%-10%
off whatever fare you would otherwise qualify for, depending on how far in advance your ticket is pur-
chased, call United's Convention Services desk at (800) 521-4041 and advise the agent you are attending
event 554SF.
Badges:
Badges are intended for you, your family members and your actual employees. Complimentary badges will
be issued only to the foregoing. All others, including your friends, clients or any individual who maintains a
separate commercial identity from your own should be referred to the Bourse Chairman to either purchase
their own separate booth or a $50 Professional Preview badge. Please remember that you are responsible
for the conduct of all individuals for whom you obtain badges and for the fulfillment of all transactions and
commitments entered into by them.
