Angler Eligibility
Tournament Eligibility
All tournaments are eligible, both fresh and salt
water, that meet the following criteria:
Tournaments must be open to everyone.
Tournaments must originate and fi nish within
the U.S.
First-year tournaments do not qualify.
Tournament must have a minimum of 60 regis-
tered and competing anglers and/or 30 boats or
teams. The minimums are based on last year's
entry number.
Weekly tournament circuits can have only one
tournament per month qualify for the program.
The Tournament Director (TD) chooses which
tournament dates qualify a minimum of four
weeks in advance of the actual event.
Saltwater tournaments or tournaments with more
than one division or species will be eligible for the
Suzuki Catch and Reward program, provided
there are designated categories or divisions that
qualify for the program. The TD must choose
one species and one category in advance of the
tournament date for a total one winning place
(1st--$1,000).
End-of-year circuit "classics" which are concluded
on or before 11/30/05 will qualify for the program
regardless of number of anglers, provided they
are approved and Suzuki Catch and Reward
Headquarters has the date recorded prior to the
tournament.
The offi cial sanction application, completed by the
dealer and tournament director, must be submit-
ted to Suzuki at least four weeks in advance of the actual
tournament. Applications may be submitted by fax. No
tournament may promote the Suzuki Catch and Reward
awards or in any way imply Suzuki Catch and Reward
sanction unless it has received an offi cial 2005 sanction
certifi cate.
Tournaments sanctioned by Suzuki Catch and Reward
are expected to promote the Suzuki Catch and Reward
awards in all promotional material, including brochures,
fl yers, registration forms, event advertising and other

Suzuki has available various Suzuki Catch and Reward
advertising materials (logos, brochures, promotional
checks, banners, etc.) for the dealer and will supply a
copy of the offi cial 2005 tournament sanction certifi cate.
A tournament sanction certifi cate will be valid only for
the calendar year for which it is issued, and each tourna-
ment will be assigned a sanction number.
For the program's 2005 season, which runs from
April 1 through November 30, all participants
(excluding tournament directors) using all models
of Suzuki outboards are eligible. Motor must be
within 5 years of original purchase date according
to Suzuki retail registration records.
Program is for retail-registered Suzuki outboards
only. Rental and demo outboards are not eligible.
Suzuki anglers can win up to a maximum of
$2,000 in contingency awards during the 2005
program.
To be eligible for Suzuki Catch and Reward awards, the
angler must fi sh from a Suzuki outboard-powered boat,
the angler's or a friend's. The Suzuki must be the primary
motor on the boat.
To qualify, an angler must fi ll out the program's claim
form (available at sanctioning dealer), which includes:
tournament activity; participating Suzuki dealer's name;
make, model and serial number of the outboard being
used; and supporting evidence of fi nishing position in
the tournament.
