1. We will be accepting phone bids between July 19th and August 4, 2005, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. ET. (The last day of the auction,
August 4th, we will be accepting phone bids between the hours of 10:00 a.m. until closing. With the 10-minute rule, closing could occur during the AM
hours of August 5th ET.) We will be accepting live Internet bids 24 hours a day at BricolSportsAuction.com until the auction ends on August 4, 2005. (With
the 10-minute rule, closing could occur during the AM hours of August 5th ET.)
2. The auction is scheduled to close at 11:00 p.m. ET August 4th. However, we will continue to accept bids until approximately 10 minutes have passed without
an Internet or phone bid. (Closing could occur during the AM hours of August 5th ET.)
3. All new bidders must register live on the Internet at BricolSportsAuction.com or call 727-787-9577 to obtain a user name and password. Click the link
"Bidders Registration" at the left of the home page. After successful registration, you will be e-mailed a lock key confirmation code with your user name and
password. Once you receive a user name and password, this will be your permanent user name and password for all future BricolSportsAuction.com auc-

4. There will be a 10% buyer's premium added to all winning bids.
5. Bids will be accepted live on the Internet at www.BricolSportsAuction.com, e-mail, via telephone, fax or mail.
6. BricolSportsAuction.com strongly encourages you, as a bidder, to place ceiling bids. This is the easiest and best way to ensure that you get the best possible
opportunity to win your desired lot. Ceiling bids are kept strictly confidential. To place a ceiling bid, it needs to be a minimum of two bid increments above
your current high bid. If the same ceiling bid is placed on a lot by two or more bidders, the bidder who placed the ceiling bid first will have priority to that
