PUBLISHING GUIDELINES
Antique Trader
makes every effort to produce an error-free
publication. However, we assume no liability for
typographical errors except to the extent of rerunning the
incorrect portion of the ad in the next issue. Antique Trader
will assume no liability on errors after 2 weeks from initial
publication date and requests customers to notify us
immediately should an error occur. Tearsheets are available
upon request.
Accuracy of Ads
- Antique Trader cannot guarantee accuracy
of ads that are placed by phone. Every effort is made to
ensure the correctness of your copy. Correctness of faxed
ads cannot be guaranteed due to incomplete transmissions
or missing copy. We recommend you verify your
transmission with a customer service representative.
Payment
- advertising is cash in advance. If uncertain as to
the cost of your ad, send it and we will advise you of the
amount to be remitted, or we can charge your Visa or
MasterCard. Cash in advance is not a reflection of your
credit, it is necessary to keep our advertising rates low.

Agency
- no agency discounts allowed. Upon request we can
supply agency billing.
Blind Boxes
- Post Office boxes are allowed, however, your
permanent home address or place of business must be filed
with the publisher before advertisements may be printed.
Advertising Limitations
- all advertising is subject to the
publisher's approval. We reserve the right to edit
advertising copy, artwork and format to conform with
standard advertising policies. Contact your sales
representative for details.
Checking Copy
- sent at advertisers request. Limit is one per
account.
Photographs
- can be used in display or classified display
advertising. There is a $2.00 charge for each photograph or
half-tone produced at Antique Trader.
Design
- Typesetting and basic ad layout services are free
with any classified display ad. One pre-press proofing copy
will be faxed, at advertisers request, providing ad was
received prior to deadline. Proofs are not guaranteed for ads
received after deadline. Ads requiring graphic design or
special layout requests may incur additional production
charges.
Reprints
- of your Antique Trader ad will be provided on
quality offset paper starting at $85 per thousand copies.

Cancellations
- Not accepted after deadline.
