Spray Gel
Supports volume and movement; firmer hold than
lotion, liquid consistency
Non-Aerosol Hairspray
Holds finished style in place, liquid dispensed through pump
Aerosol Hairspray
Holds finished style in place, available in a variety of strengths;
liquid dispensed through compressed gas and spray
Pomade
Adds shine and texture definition; adds weight to the hair
Pressing Oil
Prepares and protects hair during pressing service; helps
prevent scorching and breakage; conditions and adds
shine; use less pressing oil to avoid smoke or burning;
helps hair stay pressed longer

Wash and sanitize hands with liquid antibacterial soap.

Check the air-intake area on the blow dryer to ensure it is free from debris before beginning
the air forming procedure.
