Custom Buffet and Sit-Down Packages
· All packages can be customized to meet your specific
requirements
· All package prices are based on 80ppl. or more
· All package prices INCLUDE an 18% service fee but do not
include sales tax.
· An 18% service fee will be applied to any customizations that
increase package price
· Dependent upon final menu selections and on-site culinary
requirements, additional kitchen staff may be required
· The following venues require additional event logistics outside of
packages due to layout of venue. An additional $3 per person fee
will be added to package price. (Hakone Gardens, Byington
Winery, Nestldown)
Please Note:
The following packages are general estimates only. Final event and
venue logistics, menu selections, beverage service, upgrades and overall
event details determine final catering amount.
China Upgrades: Plates, Flatware and Glassware $.50
Linen Upgrades: Length extensions - $3 to $6 per table linen.
Specialty Linens: $35 per linen
Table and Chair Rentals Available: Tables $8-$12 +, Chairs $1.25 - $9.50 +
