· Client provides all beverages including non-alcoholic beverages. Events of Excellence provides
ice for chilling beverages and for glassware, chilling tubs wrapped with linen, linens for beverage
table. Water and wine service at guest tables. Champagne Toast. Water service at beverage
station. Pre-Set Glassware: Water goblet, universal wine glass and champagne glass. Coffee cup
and saucer. At Beverage Station: Water goblet, universal wine glass, pilsner glass. (Beverage
garnish addtl. $1 pp.)
Gourmet Coffee Service:
· Decaffeinated and regular gourmet coffee. Hot Tea selection. Includes coffee/tea condiments.

· 120" Round Guest table linens. Guest table linens are based on 60" round tables. Linen drops to
floor. Linen dinner napkins.
Placesetting Details:
· Bread basket lined with linen, butter plate with butter knife, individual bread/butter plates with
butter knife, water goblet, universal wine glass, champagne glass, salad, dinner and dessert fork,
dinner knife, teaspoon, linen napkin.
Labor
Wait Staff Included: Adjusted to guest count
· (2) Event Captains for 10 hours (front and back of house), (1) Chef for 6 hours, (1) Sous Chef for
7 hours, (1) Line Cook/Busser for 8 hours of service, (4) Servers for eight hours, (1) Bartender for
8 hours of service. Catering responsibilities outside of package may require additional staff.
