Standard Service for Catering and
Corporate Functions
Includes delivery and set-up, food presented on heavy duty
disposable caterware and serving utensils. Disposable plates
and eating utensils are accompanied by paper napkins.
Up Scale One Service $2.50 extra per person
Food is presented in baskets and bowls. Linen is used for buffet
table. Disposable plates and eating utensils are accompanied by
paper napkins. Chafers for hot food.
Up Scale Two Service $4.50 extra per person
Food is presented in baskets, glass and china service ware for
buffet area. Hot food in chafers, linen on buffet table. A 10 inch
china dinner plate, stainless flatware, and color-coordinated
napkins.
Delivery Fee
Delivery fees are determined by location and start at $10.00 for
the local area. Weekend deliveries start at $25.00.
Set-Up Fee
Catering requiring more than standard drop-off will be subject
to a set-up fee minimum of $25. If set-up requires additional
time and labor, price will be adjusted accordingly.
Waiter Services-
Based on 4 hour minimum
If waiter service is required, there is a charge for 4 hours of
service, plus travel, set-up and breakdown.
