A Note to Our Customers!
The selection of your menu is an important
part in the planning of your event. Our culinary
staff continues to create innovative menus
to meet the needs of your party.
Standard Service for
Catering Functions
Includes delivery and set up, food presented on
heavy duty disposable caterware and serving
utensils, disposable plates and eating utensils
are accompanied by paper napkins.
Up Scale Service #1
$2.50 additional per person
Food is presented in baskets and bowls. Linen
is used for the buffet table, Disposable plates
and eating utensils are accompanied by
paper napkins. Hot food is presented
in Chafing Dishes
Up Scale Service #2
$4.50 additional per person
Food is presented in baskets, glass and china
serviceware for buffet. Hot food is presented
in chafers and buffet table is set with linen.
A 10" china dinner plate, stainless flatware
and color, coordinated napkins are provided.
Standard Set-Up/Service Fee
Set-up/Service Fees are determined by location plus a 10%
Service Fee will be applied to the Sub-Total of you catering
order.
Professional Service
Labor
Required labor/service fees begin at $30.00 per
service professional/per hour with a minimum
of 6 hours for small events and up to
10 hours for large events. An 18% Service Fee applies to all
serviced events.
