Other terms & conditions
1.
All competitors must exclusively use tecni.art L'Oreal Professionnel products for
the entry photograph as well as any other event related to this competition. 2. The
final decision will be made following the fashion show and the judging will be final.
3.
The competition is open to all hairdressers (male or female), that are residents of
Canada, between the ages of 18 and 25 with at least 1 year of in-salon experience.
4.
L'Oréal Professionnel reserves the right to alter or amend the rules and conditions
of entry, or refuse entries. 5. The 50$ entry fee is non-refundable. 6. Employeesof
L'Oreal Professionnel as well as their families are excluded from entering the competition.
7.
The participant hereby allows L'Oréal Professionnel to use all photographic material
in any medium for any lawful purpose without further compensation or notice. 8.
Participants failing to comply with the rules and conditions of entry risk being
disqualified. 9. The final date for reception of applications is May 1st 2005. 10. All
incomplete applications or applications received after this final date will not be
considered.
Condition et règlements

Tous les concurrents doivent utiliser exclusivement des produits tecni.art de L'Oréal
Professionnel pour la photo d'inscription ainsi que lors de la participation à l'événement
final. 2. Le jugement final et la sélection des gagnants se feront après le défilé de
mode et les décisions des juges seront finales. 3. La compétition s'adresse à tous
les coiffeurs (homme ou femme), résident du Canada, âgés entre 18 et 25 ans
possédant un minimum d'un an d'expérience en salon de coiffure. 4. L'Oréal
Professionnel se réserve le droit de modifier les règles d'inscriptions et de refuser
toute inscription. 5. Les frais d'inscription de 50$ sont non remboursables. 6. Les
employés de L'Oréal Professionnel ainsi que leur famille ou agent ne peuvent pas
participer à la compétition. 7. Le participant autorise L'Oréal Professionnel à utiliser
le matériel photographique dans tout média pour toutes fins légales sans compensation
ou avis. 8. Les participants qui ne se conforment pas aux règles et conditions
d'admission sont passibles de disqualification. 9. La date limite de réception de
dossiers est le 1er mai 2005. 10. Tous les dossiers qui ne seront pas reçus à cette
date ou qui seront incomplets seront rejetés.
