"Penthouse" Apartment for up to 7 people
Top floor apartment with large living/dining room, open plan kitchen fully equipped as above, south facing balcony. Under
eaves sleeping area for 2.
Large twin/double bedroom with en-suite shower and wc. Space for an extra bed.
Twin bedroom under eaves (part low headroom).

Extra twin/double/triple/quad en-suite bedroom on floor below the apartment.
For large groups
Ground floor apartment with very large living/dining room (approx 48 square metres) with log burning stove, stereo, Satellite
TV, video.
Doors to south-facing terrace.
Area can be curtained off for sleeping
Separate kitchen with 2 fridges (also fridge-freezer) 2 dishwashers, 2 gas hobs and
ovens, microwave.
En-suite twin or double bedroom (no window in bedroom but window in en-suite
shower/wc)

Extra beds
The bed-settees each make 2 single beds. Most rooms will accommodate a cot, some rooms would accommodate an extra Z-
bed, so there is flexibility in the sleeping arrangements.
General
All apartments have French TV. Video or DVD players available to hire. Ground floor apartment also has stereo and satellite
TV. Irons, ironing boards, hairdryers available. Also fondue and raclette sets.
Bed-linen, towels, bath-mats, tea-towels are provided. That and local holiday tax are included in the apartment price.
All apartment prices are on a "self-clean" basis, i.e. bathrooms and kitchens to be left clean, pots, crockery, cutlery washed
and put away, beds stripped, rubbish and bottles disposed of. There will be a charge if apartments are
left dirty. Alternatively, end-of-stay cleaning services are available to be booked in advance. Call for
prices.
Deposits against cleaning, damage, and breakage payable at beginning of stay (£150 per apartment/
£300 for downstairs) cash or guaranteed cheque. To be refunded in full less any charges for the
above.
Apartments available from 4pm on arrival day till 10am on departure day. Luggage can be left at the
chalet for earlier arrivals/later departures.
