Project Totals: This tab gives a cost breakdown for the selected project. If the Project Completed box at the bottom of
the Project History tab is checked, the project (regardless of remaining backlog) will be "archived."
Maintain Material & Labor Indexes, Inflation Factors and Mark Up Information
Project Indexes and Mark Up: The system automatically applies user defined Localization factors for both Material and
Labor Costs and Mark Ups for Professional Fees and GCM. Inflation is automatically applied to keep costs current as
time progresses.
