Facility Condition Needs Index (FCNI)
The FCNI index is prepared to compare maintenance needs costs to facility
replacement cost. For best results the client is urged to provide the actual
replacement cost for each facility included in the analysis. There is no additional cost
for this application.

D. System
Support
ISES will support the FCA Software System for up to one year after installation at no
additional cost. A maintenance software support agreement will be offered after the
initial one-year period. Please refer to Section 5.3 for further information.
E. Features
All building and executive summary reports are generated in-house using the ISES
FCA, Facility Condition Analysis Software System. This system is a user-friendly
menu-driven system that will efficiently manage all the Facility Condition Analysis
information.
Included with the ISES FCA software, the report database will be ready for immediate
use. This
database contains not only every piece of information that is in the building and
executive
summaries, but also all the reports that were generated in the building and executive
summaries.
FCNI Projection Module
Using the "Financial Analysis Module" a user can calculate any number of possible
funding scenarios based on the real FCA data or hypothetical data. Many funding
models can be experimented with and saved for future use. This module of the ISES
FCA system is most useful in documenting capital repair funding requests. The model
algorithm can also be changed to any other than the standard "APPA & NACUBO"
model.
