The ISES FCA Software System is supplemented with professional documentation in
a bound and published user's manual. This manual fully explains the system and its
usage.
The ISES FCA Software requires Windows 95 or higher operating system. It is
strongly recommended that this system be run on at least Pentium III, 200 MHz
based machines for assured performance. 128 megabytes of RAM is recommended
to enhance performance.
The ISES FCA Software System is a dynamic tool for managing Capital and Deferred
projects. The software will allow ongoing management of Facility Condition Analysis
information in an efficient, productive manner, allowing more time to concentrate on
completing projects and less time on paper management.

CAD - Floor Plan Project Location
Within the scope of the analysis, ISES will generate the project location ICONS on
each floor plan and set up the necessary attributes for both graphic reproductions in
the reports as well as the CAD viewer/database interface feature.
Each plan/drawing is modified to contain the ISES FCA Icons providing exact
locations of detail maintenance projects on the actual building floor plans.
Within the ISES FCA database, users have access to the project location drawings
through the use of standard menu options. In other words, your staff can switch from
the detailed project descriptions of Section III right into the drawings on screen to
locate the project. As a result, your staff can view or print both the detailed project
information/labor/materials data and the floor plan project location drawings.
Moreover, you can review drawings for areas marked with similar types of projects or
use the drawings to save time and expense by grouping projects together based on
physical location
