G. Openness of Platform
The ISES FCA Software Database Management System is a full functioning package. The
system itself utilizes the following packages as its core; Java, JSP, Servlet Technology, Crystal
Reports, WebLook, Oracle database and SQL Server database.
H. Restrictions
The software may not be rented, loaned, leased, sublicensed, sold or distributed by Client except
as specifically permitted by ISES in writing. Client may not alter proprietary notices, labels, or
markings on the Software. Client may not modify (except as permitted in writing by ISES),
translate, reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the Software. For the purposes of this
agreement, the term software refers to the ISES Operating System along with the entire database
structure/scheme and the data dictionary or any form of ISES related Oracle.DMP file.
