Burke Rehabilitation Hospital, located in the heart of Westchester County, New York, is one of the
country's premier free-standing physical rehabilitation hospitals. Founded in 1915 and designed by the
eminent architectural firm of McKim, Mead & White, the beauty of the Burke campus is reflected in its
impressive brick archways and lushly landscaped quadrangle. This creative legacy serves as the inspiration for
a new and exciting fine art program created exclusively for artists with physical disabilities. The program is
proud to present a juried exhibition set amidst the beauty of autumn in New York.
Burke invites and encourages entries by artists with
physical disabilities. Formal training or previous exhibition
experience is not required. All work submitted for consideration
must have been created following the onset of disability. Type or
level of disability will not be considered in the judging process.
There are no entry fees. We would like to encourage both emerging
artists and experienced artists to enter. This show is for you.
Entering the Show

drawings, ceramics, paintings (i.e. oil, acrylic, watercolor, pastels,
