PERSONAL CONDUCT
1.
STRIKING ANYONE ON THE JOBSITE WITH OPEN HAND, FIST, OR OBJECT, OR
ENGAGING IN ANY TYPE OF PHYSICAL ALTERCATION WITH ANY EMPLOYEE OR
OTHERWISE THREATENING, INTIMIDATING, COERCING OR INTERFERING WITH
ANOTHER EMPLOYEE'S WORK IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
2.
STEALING, EMBEZZLEMENT, DISHONESTY, FALSIFICATION OF RECORDS, INCLUDING
BUT NOT LIMITED TO EMPLOYMENT APPLICATIONS OR OTHER WILLFUL
MISREPRESENTATION OF FACTS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED.
3.
GROSS NEGLIGENCE, GROSS CARELESSNESS OR WILLFUL ACTS WHICH RESULT, OR
COULD RESULT IN DAMAGE TO COMPANY PROPERTY OR EQUIPMENT, AND/OR INJURY
TO OTHER EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.
4.
ALL EMPLOYEES ARE URGED TO REPORT ANY UNSAFE WORKING CONDITIONS OR
PRACTICES TO THEIR SUPERINTENDENT OR FOREMAN.
OFF OF THE GROUND CONCERNS
1.
NO SCAFFOLDING, ROLLING OR FIXED, WILL BE PLACED IN USE ON THE JOBSITE UNTIL
THAT SCAFFOLDING OR STAGING HAS BEEN ERECTED AND PLACED IN ACCORDANCE
WITH OSHA.
2.
ALL EMPLOYEES OF A STEEL ERECTOR WILL BE REQUIRED TO WEAR AN OSHA-
APPROVED SAFETY HARNESS WHEN WORKING ABOVE GRADE, WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
ALL EMPLOYEES OF OTHER TRADES ARE TO WEAR OSHA-APPROVED SAFETY
HARNESS WHEN WORKING IN HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS AS DEFINED BY OSHA.
3.
CRANES AND CRANE BOOM WILL NOT BE PLACED IN SERVICE ON THE JOBSITE UNTIL
THAT CRANE AND BOOM IS PROPERLY PLACED AND SECURED.
"EMPLOYER'S FIRST REPORT OF INJURY"
1.
A COPY OF YOUR "EMPLOYER'S FIRST REPORT OF INJURY" SHALL BE FORWARDED
TO H+M CONSTRUCTION CO., INC. WITHIN 24 HOURS OF EACH RECORDABLE INJURY.
2.
ALL EMPLOYEES ARE REQUIRED TO REPORT ALL INJURIES OR ILLNESSES TO THEIR
SUPERINTENDENT OR FOREMAN IMMEDIATELY.
"RIGHT TO KNOW"
1.
A COPY OF SUBCONTRACTOR'S "RIGHT TO KNOW" PROGRAM SHALL BE SUBMITTED
TO THE PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT PRIOR TO THE START OF FIELD OPERATIONS.

1.
PROPER PPE WILL BE WORN AT ALL TIMES ON THE SITE, REGARDLESS OF WORK
PERFORMED.
