17. SPECIAL OR ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS: In order for your invoice to be included in our monthly requisition it must be in our office no later than the 25th
day of the month. Subcontractor agrees to fully comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 and any and all regulations issued pursuant thereto.
Subcontractor as a term and condition of this subcontract shall keep and save the contractor harmless from any claims or charges of any kind by reason of
subcontractor failing to fully comply with the act and regulations and agrees to reimburse the contractor for any fines, damages or expenses of any kind incurred
by the contractor by reason of the subcontractor's failure to comply.
