A 50% deposit or minimum one night's deposit is required to
hold Site and/or Slip reservations. Reservations are not
guaranteed until payment is received. A 7-day cancellation
notice is required for a full refund less 10% of deposit or
$10.00 minimum administrative fee. All cancellations made
less than 7 days prior to arrival date will receive a 50% refund
of deposits. There are no refunds or credits for early
departures. All holidays require a three night minimum stay
and must be paid in full upon booking reservation.
Discounts: Members of FMCA, Good Sam, AAA, FQCC and
AARP will receive 10% discount over all regular site rates.
From April 29 to May 26 and September 6 to October 16,
2005, all daily rates will be discounted $10 per day and all
weekly and monthly rates will be discounted 20%. No
additional discounts over the special spring and fall discount
rates. All discounted rates require full payment in advance.
Pets Well behaved pets are welcome in RV sites and Marina
with the following restrictions: maximum of two pets per site,
all pets must be on a leash and under the control of owner at
all times, all pets must be picked up after, have valid rabies
vaccine certificate present. Pets must not be left unattended,
must not disturb other guests. Certain aggressive breeds of
dogs are not permitted. Pets are not permitted in cottages,
buildings, pool, beach and other activity areas.

Luxury lakefront, two-bedroom cottages with spectacular
views, private bathroom, furnished living room and sleeps up
to 6. Outside large deck, picnic table, charcoal grill and fire
ring. Kitchen dining area provides refrigerator/freezer, stove-
top, microwave oven, cookware, utensils, coffee maker,
toaster, flatware, plate ware and color TV with basic cable.
Each cottage is furnished with a queen, double and twin bed
with a sofa, sofa sleeper or futon. Rental does not include
towels and linens, but includes comforters
and pillows. One week minimum
stay for July and August. (We
will accommodate daily
rentals if available 14 days
in advance).

Cottages: A 50% deposit is required to hold reservations. A
14-day notice is required for a refund less a 10% of deposit
administrative fee. Cancellations made with less than 14 days
notice will receive a 50% refund on deposit. A $200 cash
security deposit due at check-in, refundable after if unit is left
in clean and undamaged condition at check-out. Two night
minimum stay. Holiday reservations require a
minimum of three nights and must be paid
in full at time of booking.
Pets and smoking are not allowed.
Rate is based on 2 people, 1 boat, 1 trailer and 1 vehicle.

fee @ $3.00/hour and can only be given based on availability.
