6. Press materials, production stills, and other media/promotional items. (optional)
7. Photograph of filmmaker. (optional)
The Festival will not return preview copies unless it is requested. If you would like your
preview copy returned, please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
Entries must be postmarked no later than NOVEMBER 1, 2004 for early deadline,
DECEMBER 1, 2004 for regular deadline, or DECEMBER 31, 2004 for late deadline.
Entry fees vary for each deadline.
