Early deadline is November 1, 2004 subtract $5 from entry fee if you enter early
Regular deadline is December 1, 2004 pay regular entry fee
Late deadline is December 31, 2004 add $5 to entry fee to enter late

Entry fees will not be returned.
The Festival reserves the right to impose a $20 surcharge for returned checks.
