Commercial Real Estate Appraiser and in a very short time become the Branch Manager of one
of our satellite offices.
Compensation and Benefits: Your compensation is only limited by your ambition and
ability to imagine a prosperous future. We expect this top performer to make a 6-figure income

account, MAI dues, certification fees, broker or sales associate license fees and continuing

Do You Qualify: You must have an MAI designation, a Florida State Certification, a four-
year college degree (preferably in business, or real estate). Previous experience managing and
leading a team of commercial real estate appraisers is a big plus. Your opportunity is to perform
commercial appraisal production combined with reviewing staff appraiser's work and managing a
satellite office. All of the work will be provided by HVA. However, you are encouraged to develop
new clients to expand the operation. Leverage our systems with your knowledge and experience
in the areas of management, reviewing, fee quoting, client interaction, and budget projections to
