CANCELLATIONS:
Any cancellation more than 60 days prior to sail date will have a $50 per person penalty. Cancellations between November 30 and December 15 will have a
50% penalty per person. All cancellations after December 15 will have no refund.
ADVANCES OR DELAYED SAILINGS:
In the event of strike, lockouts, riots or stoppage of labor from whatever causes, or for any other reason whatsoever beyond the control of Carnival, Carnival in its
sole discretion may cancel, advance, or postpone any scheduled sailing or call at any port and may (but is not obligated to) substitute another vessel, and Carnival
shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever to passengers by reason of such cancellation, advancement, postponement, or substitution.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Carnival expressly disclaims any responsibility for personal injury or property damage arising out of the acts or negligence of any air carrier, hotel, or any other per-
son rendering any of the services offered in addition to the ship's cruise and shall not be responsible for any damage or inconvenience caused by late air, car or
motorcoach arrivals, cruise cancellations or delays in departure or return, nor for loss or damage to baggage, automobiles, or other property of the passenger occur-
ring off the vessel. Neither Carnival, nor their respective owners, agents, officers, or employees shall be liable for illness, accident, death, dismemberment weath-
er, strikes, acts of God, terrorist acts, or the accessibility, appearance, actions or decisions of any persons or entities promoted for this cruise.
