Premiere Collection Artist Submission Form
Guidelines for participation in the Premiere Collection:

The decorated item, which will become the property of WKAR, contains original artwork
that you have created and authored, and that you hold all rights necessary to make this
donation. You are retaining all copyrights in your original artwork, and MSU is not
acquiring any copyright interest by virtue of this donation. You agree that MSU may use
pictures of the item in conjunction with promoting and running the WKAR-TV Auction.

Artist must be willing to do an interview, if one is needed for promotional purposes, in the
WKAR Studio on a mutually agreeable date.

Artwork must be appropriate for all viewing audiences. WKAR reserves the right to
determine the appropriateness of the art.

Any pictures/video the artist would like of the decorated item must be taken by the artist
before WKAR takes possession of the item. WKAR cannot provide such for the donor.

Promotion for all artists will include their name listed on the WKAR Auction website, on-air
during Auction, and in other venues that may be part of the WKAR-TV Auction promotion
plan.
·
Submit, with this form, sample pictures of your work that are similar in theme/style to your
plans for the table.
