EEO Refresher Course for Sales Managers - Review of EEO requirements,
cultivating recruitment resources, interviewing from a variety of resources and
timely paperwork. In attendance, Peter Tanz, General Manager, Vice President ­
Sales, Don Snyder, EEO Coordinator Pat Thomas, Sales Managers Ken Delaney,
Melissa Ryzy, and Cindy Ireland.

Great Lakes Broadcast Conference. Applications were taken and information on
the variety of jobs available in radio broadcasting was handed out to those
interested.

Participating employee spoke with 27 individuals who were interested in
broadcast opportunities. Six people were referred to Bill Martin, Program
Director for WFAT and PJ Lacey Program Director for WNWN-FM for future
entry
level positions. One business card received for WFAT Sales, one resume
received for Corporate IT and one resume received for future office openings.
