Tools Used for Outreach for Their Graduate Program?

When asked how the respondents found out about their marketing tools, the
highest ranked answer was word of mouth (36 percent), followed by direct
mail (28 percent), and recommendation of deans (28 percent).
Ways to Find Out About the Marketing Tools

There was a contrast between the opinions of the presidents and deans when
it came to word of mouth and direct mail. Fifty-two percent of the deans,
versus 21 percent of the presidents, thought that word of mouth was the
number one way they found out about marketing tools. More deans (38
percent) than presidents (18 percent) found out about marketing tools through
direct mail.
