Return Policy:
Peterson's publications may be returned
within 30 days of the invoice date on domestic orders and
within 90 days on international orders. All products must
be in good, resalable condition in order for a refund or
credit to be issued. Return postage is paid by the customer
unless the error was ours or the product was defective.
Authorization for return of damaged books must be
obtained within 30 days of invoice. Invoices and any other
relevant paperwork must be included in the return
package to ensure proper credit. In order to
guarantee credit, returns must be sent via UPS or U.S.
Postal Service and be insured for the value of product.
