23. You and your fellow officers have dispersed
the demonstration, but in the course of the
demonstration, one protester was hit over
the head by an irate bystander who was
annoyed at being unable to cross Broadway
at a preferred spot. The protester is sitting
somewhat dazed on the curb, holding his
head. You put the demonstrator into your
patrol car and proceed toward the Emer-
gency Entrance of the hospital. The best way
to go is
(A) west on Broadway to 32nd Road, then
south on 32nd Road to Pipeline, then
east on Pipeline to Sky Way, then south
on Sky Way to Arthur Avenue and west
onto Arthur Avenue.

south on Rod Road to High Street, then
west on High Street to Sky Way, then
north on Sky Way to Arthur Avenue
and west onto Arthur Avenue.
