the basis of the preceding legal definitions of
crimes. Although these definitions may vary
slightly from state to state, you are to answer the
questions solely on the basis of the definitions
stated here.
36. As the result of a dispute over a parking
space, Anne Blount and Bea Wallace engage
in an argument during which Blount pushes
Wallace in an attempt to scare her. Wallace
is not hurt, but she makes an obscene
gesture in the direction of Blount. Referring
to the definitions given, which one of the
