Bayer HealthCare, a subgroup of Bayer AG, is one of the world's leading innovative

HealthCare subgroup generated sales amounting to some 8.5 billion, of which 786
million was generated by the Animal Health Division.
The company combines the global activities of the divisions Animal Health, Consumer

business entity on January 1, 2006, by combining the previous Pharmaceuticals and
