VI. Master Control / After Hour Tape Drop Off
1. Master control operators are not to be interrupted while on duty. Air-switchers do not
have the authority to abridge the policies of or enter agreements for the station. All
questions, problems, and concerns should be addressed to the Independent Producer
Coordinator.
2. DO NOT CALL MASTER CONTROL!!
3. DO NOT ENTER MASTER CONTROL!!
4. Unless otherwise specified, always leave your tapes in the front drop box. Do not leave
them on the counter or give them to master control or anyone else.
VII. Religious Holidays / Other Special Programming
Requests for additional airtime for religious or other special events should be made at least two
months in advance. If time is available, MHz NETWORKS will schedule your program at the standard
rate. Regardless of the holidays, underwriters may not mention special prices, incentives or
inducements to your viewers.
Unacceptable: "For the Christmas season, Air America will be offering special packages to London.
Be sure to stop at their offices to find out more about this incredible deal."
Acceptable: "Air America would like to thank its customers at this very special time of year. Merry
Christmas!"
