Ticket or admission prices, methods of payment, (i.e. check, credit card), and suggestions to call for
more information may not be mentioned.
All movie and entertainment promos must air during the community information segment of the
program and must air back to back. They should not be separated throughout the program. Each
individual promo should only air once inside a thirty-minute program & is limited to twice during an
hour program (once every half-hour).
VII. Usage of Copyrighted Material Produced by Programming
It is the producer's responsibility to obtain written permission to run copyrighted video and/or
music produced by a production company, television or cable station. MHz NETWORKS will reject
any program that contains outside footage without written permission from the copyright holder.

Closing Credits
All programs should include :30 of color bars followed by a ten second countdown at the beginning
of the tape. The last two seconds of the countdown should be in black before the first frame of the
program starts. At the end of the program, the tape should have at least 1:30 of video black.
