Some Students Are Also More Critical Than Others
Students' quality of life is influenced by such aspects of their daily life as having a lot
of friends, getting along well with their parents, being happy at school, feeling safe,
and not being bored, sad or getting into trouble a lot. Those students who rank the
lowest in terms of quality of life consistently give their school lower grades in prepar-
ing them in a range of topic areas (Exhibit 1.9).
