ESTIMATION OF CREATIVE-RECONSTRUCTIVE INFLUENCE OF HYPOXIA.

The aim for creation of our method was determination of coherent function of spectral
constituents for cardiac rhythm oscillations and wave level of nervous process functional mobility
at hypoxia perturbation. The strength of controlled influence in "Person - hypoxia ambience
system" is determined by the periods of first signal presentations and depends on current value of
failure absences (failure probability Po=0.05÷0.5) during central nervous system functioning.
Weakening or amplification of input influence force for central nervous system happens in the
result of accordance determination between the data and current level of failure absences. This
process reflects oscillatory level of nervous process functional mobility and may be registered
today by means of computational technique as psychomotor oscillations [Fiziologichny Zhyrnal,
v. 49, _3, 2003, pp. 161-168 (Ukr)]. Data obtained in the result of 5-minute investigation are
characterized by unmatched and irregular interval of discretization. That is why we do linear
approximation of cardiac interval massive and massive of neurodynamic intervalogram on the
base of cosine Fourier resolution. Further were calculated covariance and frequency spectrum
functions as well as correlation and common spectrum function. Coherence function _2 was
determined from them. It's integral at all definitional domain (0÷1.5 Hz) characterizes the general
harmonization rate of central nervous system and autonomic nervous system. Reduction of
integral coherence happens at the beginning of adaptation to hypoxia. The termination of
adaptation process is characterized by integral coherence increase. This method was approbated
on people in North Caucasus condition at altitudes of 2100 m and 3800 m. It permits to calculate
the level of coherency of structural and functional interrelations between central nervous system
and autonomic nervous system under hypoxia condition as well as to estimate creative-
deconstructive influence of hypoxia.

With a historical cohort study we found the perinatal mortality was higher in moderate
altitude in (2260 m) than sea level. This article reported the stereo logy study of the thickness of
trophoblastic basement membrane of placenta villas in 39 and 42 gestational week in Xining, that
is compared with Nanjing at altitude of 12 m .The result indicated that there was a significant
difference between <40 and 40 gestational week with analysis of variance (p<0.05), but there was
no significant difference between 40 and 41 gestational week. Among the cases of 39-40 weeks in
Xining, the thickness of trophoblastic basement membrane of placenta villas was a character of
aging placenta which often happened in 42 gestational week. We consider that women at high
altitude should end the pregnancy in 40 gestational weeks in order to decrease the mortality rate
of perinatal. The founding of placenta aging happened in 40 gestational week in Dining area can
explain the reason, which the mortality rate in dining area (23.45) is double than that in
shanghai(13.0).

The aim of this study was to obtain the prevalence of upper gastrointestinal diseases in the
Tibet Autonomous Region. We retrospectively analyzed 44,158 patients with gastrointestinal
disorders who were examined using fibergastroscope over last twenty years. This group consisted
of 30,088 Tibetans (68.14%), 12,480 Han (28.26%) and 1,590 other ethnics groups (3.6%). The
ratio of the Tibetan to Han patients with upper gastrointestinal disease was 2.41. There were
29,038 males (65.76%) and 15,120 females (34.24%), and the ratio of male to female was 1.98.
There was a great difference in the incidence between male and female (p<0.01). Among all the
