PRINT AND ON-LINE MECHANICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Advertisements may be delivered electronically, via e-mail or CD-ROM.
Advertisements must be provided complete, separated to CMYK, including all
fonts, images, logos, etc. and be accompanied by a separated, colour proof
(for press approval). Broadcaster does not accept any files created in office
software packages. This includes any word processor, spread sheet or
presentation packages such as Microsoft Office and Corel Office Suite.
Broadcaster also accepts film negatives (black/white, two, three and four
colours), right reading emulsion side down. A separated colour proof, must
accompany film negatives, for press approval. All material, either electronic
or print must be supplied to Broadcaster's specifications. Any additional
production charges are an extra and will be invoiced at our prevailing rates.
The Publisher will destroy all advertising material, unless otherwise
instructed, within one year from the date last used. Publisher reserves the
right to reject any advertising which is not in keeping with Broadcaster's
publishing standards.
COPY & CONTRACT CONDITIONS
Liability for damages allege to arise from errors in advertisements is not accepted by
the Publisher beyond the actual amount paid for the space used by that part of the
advertisement containing the error, regardless of onus of blame for such error. Liability
is not accepted for non-insertion of any advertisement. All copy and layouts are
subject to Publisher's approval. The Publisher reserves the option to insert above or
below any copy the word "Advertisement". The Publisher reserves the right to reject
any advertising which he feels is not in keeping with the publication's standards
.
