The Executive Committee should meet no less frequently than once each

The Executive Committee shall communicate to all current members at
least one month prior to each AGM (such communication may be through The
Scouting Rotarian) with a copy of the AGENDA of the forthcoming AGM and advice
regarding any proposed matters to be brought before the AGM, with members
encouraged to solicit any actual details of those items if desired.
The Executive Committee has the right and obligation to review any IFSR
financial records (including those of Sections and Regions) at any and all appropriate
times.
b) Nominating Committee. The Chair shall appoint a Nominating
Committee, which will prepare a list of officers to be elected and submit them to the
Executive Committee, Chair and Secretary not less than thirty (30) days before the
AGM so those names may be published to the members in advance of the AGM. At
the annual meeting that list shall be presented to the AGM subject to any additional
nominations to be made from the floor.
Election is by majority vote of those present (no proxies).
c) Membership Promotion. This Committee, appointed by the Chair,
shall submit plans and ideas that promote activities and membership of this
organization.
District Coordinators will be ex officio members of this Committee.
The Membership Committee is responsible for consistently helping the
District Coordinators accomplish their tasks within each Rotary District, nominating
new (or replacing) District Coordinators, etc.
d) Recognitions. This Committee, appointed by the Chair, shall promote
any special Certificates of Appreciation, Pins, Letters of Recognition and the IFSR
Silver Wheel Award, as useful to promote IFSR and recognize those who have
provided special service. The immediate Past IFSR International Chair shall Chair this
Committee.
