Each proposal will be separately voted upon by the members in attendance at
that AGM.
Proposals to Amend the Constitution require a two-thirds majority vote and at
least thirty members present at any meeting where any such proposal is to be
considered.
I. Dissolution
In the event of discontinuance of the activities of IFSR, the Executive Committee shall
direct the Treasurer to donate the entire treasury balance, after payment of all debts,
one half to The Rotary Foundation and one half to the World Scout Foundation.
