11) COMMERCIAL ADVERTISING/PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOTAPING
LG is a great location for interior photography. LIMN Furniture offers an excellent selection of furniture
and accessories easily accessible and at a minimal charge.
a) Set-up/tear-down rates are one-half (1/2) to one times normal per day rental depending upon
availability.
b) Daily rates are based upon an eight (8) hour day with overtime prorated at the equivalent hourly rate
plus 50%.
c) Space must be returned to pre-rental condition.
12) FOOD AND BEVERAGE PREPARATION
Please note the following:
a) No ice-making machine is available.
b) Load-in and load-out assistance is available with prior notice at additional charge.
c) Dishes, glasses, utensils, chairs, tables, and tablecloths can be provided at additional charge.
d) Caterer will set up and take down chairs.
e) No propane gas may be used. Deep frying and/or use of cooking oils are STRICTLY prohibited from
the gallery and any outside facilities.
f) Table candles may be used, outside only, with prior approval. Note that damage to tablecloths due to
wax will be charged to Renter.
13) CONDUCT
Renter shall use the Premises in a considerate manner at all times. Conduct deemed disorderly at the
sole discretion of LG shall be grounds for immediate expulsion from the Premises and conclusion of the
rental period. In such cases, no refund of the rental fee shall be made.
14) NOISE
Renter acknowledges that the Premises are located near residential units and; therefore, agrees to control
the noises level at the Event such that it does not disturb neighboring occupants. In the event that
Renter's Event creates a disturbance due to high noise volume, Renter shall immediately reduce the
volume. If repeated disturbances are created, at LG's discretion, Renter may be expelled from the
Premises. In the event of expulsion, no portion of the rental fee will be refunded to Renter.
*Music ends at 10pm during weeknights and at 11pm during weekends. Additional time can be added
if the volume is modest and it cannot be heard beyond the boundaries of the property. A decibel reader
is available to guarantee levels that will not disturbed our immediate neighbors.
15) CITY, COUNTY, STATE, AND FEDERAL LAWS
Renter agrees to comply with all applicable City, County, State, and Federal laws and shall conduct no
illegal act on the Premises. Renter shall not serve liquor to minors, and shall not sell alcohol, narcotics,
or tobacco on the Premises. RENTER AGREES, FOR EVERYONE'S SAFETY, TO ENSURE
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE CONSUMED IN A RESPONSIBLE MANNER. LG reserves the
right, in its exclusive discretion to expel anyone who, in its judgment, is intoxicated or under the
influence or liquor or drugs, or who shall in any manner do any act jeopardizing the rights, use permit, or
insurability of LG.

ses during the Event.
