Cini·Little Organizes To Provide Additional Focus On Client's Needs
Each of the key markets that are served by Cini·Little's consultants has very specific needs and
requirements. It has always been Cini·Little's goal to provide the highest, most professional level of
consulting possible to each of their markets.
A new company organization being implemented by Cini·Little moves from a geographically based
structure, practicing multiple discipline consulting, to a market segment/project approach. Each of
their primary market segments,
Hospitality+Leisure, Sport+Public Assembly, Higher Ed,
Healthcare, Corporate Services and Retail+Entertainment,
has a dedicated Vice
President/Managing Director as its leader providing the opportunity for these Managing Directors to
focus on identifying and responding, even more quickly and thoroughly, to their market's needs. This
will allow them to put their full efforts towards satisfying the needs and requirements of their market
and more importantly their
Client
. Each of the newly appointed Managing Directors have extensive
experience in their market segment and have many years of service in consulting with Cini·Little.
The new organization is a result of
John Cini
retiring from active participation in the day-to-day
operating of the company, after leading Cini·Little for over 34 years. He will retain the title of
Chairman of the Board and be available for special consulting assignments, while
Jim Little
assumes the duties of CEO.
Bill Eaton
continues in his role of President/COO and
Ron Kooser
is
the new Executive Vice President.
A new logo is also being introduced to reflect the new era of management at Cini·Little. It was
designed to reinforce their commitment to supporting their clients through lasting relationships.
Cini·Little International, Inc. has been known worldwide as the leader in foodservice, material
handling, vertical transportation, solid waste/recycling, and laundry consulting. This new organization
will not only continue this tradition, but also allow each market segment to grow. See our web site at
