this duty of care by failing adequately to design and construct 7WTC so that it "would
not weaken or sustain damage causing the building to collapse in the event of fire or other
casualty." (Am. Compl. 7272 ¶ 169.) The Amended Complaint alleges generally that the
defendants were negligent in the design of 7WTC, that they failed adequately to
supervise the construction of 7WTC, and that they failed to comply with applicable
