The functional delivery of an enzyme-XMTM conjugate with a molecular weight of over
500 kDa into life non-fixated cells is demonstrated by means of metabolizing an
nonfluorescent substrate into a fluorescent agent in enzyme deficient cells as illustrated in
figure 3.

Figure 4 shows the efficient intracellular delivery of a fluorescently labeled
oligonulcleotide in bovine epithelial cells.
