This exclusive Reality Show takes you backstage to witness the preparation
and routine of a high-performance athlete a week before a great
international event.
The first programme of the series features Rodrigo Nogueira "Minotauro"
during his preparations for the greatest fighting event in the World, PRIDE
GRAND PRIX, held in Japan on New Year´s Eve 2004/2005.
We follow the athlete for a whole week prior to the great fight at his home in Rio de Janeiro
showing his training (which includes jiu jitsu, wrestling, boxing, muay thai and cardio exercises)
eating habits, preparation with his coaches, social life and etc.
