Rules and Regulations
Competition is open to U.S. and
International entries. Entries must
be submitted on VHS videocassette
or DVD for pre-screening. NTSC is
preferred, but we also accept entries
in PAL and SECAM. Foreign language
entries must have English subtitles.
Works in progress are accepted.
Please indicate the screening format
(35mm, 16mm, Beta or Digital Beta)
on your entry.
If chosen, all screening prints
must be submitted on 35mm or 16mm
(optical sound or silent) film, or on
Beta-NTSC or Digital Beta-NTSC for
festival screening. We regret that we
are unable to screen PAL video.
Entries must have been completed
after January 1, 2002. No repeat
entries. Send entries in sturdy,
reusable containers or bubble wrap
envelopes. There is no limit to the
number of entries.

How To Enter
All of the following must accom-
pany entry for it to be considered
for the Festival:

entry (VERY IMPORTANT) and
