Health Club/Indoor Sports - The engagement involved esti-
mating the going concern value of business with allocations to
real estate, personal property, and business value. The client
was a partner in the project.
Mobile Home Park - This assignment consisted of completing
an appraisal of an existing mobile home park that was being
purchased by an investor. The client was a regional lender.
Retail Big Box - This engagement involved estimating the
market value of a retail big box property on an "As If" vacant
basis, along with considering the contributory value of the go-
ing concern. The client was an out of state lender.
