The following is a selection of recent appraisal engagements from 2006-2007
Proposed Self Storage - In this project we analyzed the feasi-
bility of developing a 100,000 SF Self Storage property. We
advised the client on the "As Is" and future "As Stabilized"
values and helped the borrower understand market conditions.
The client was a regional lender.
Office Property - This assignment consisted of the appraisal
of an existing office property that was occupied by a corpora-
tion. The client was an out of state insurance company that was
evaluating the asset.
Urban Industrial Property - We appraised this property for
conversion to a proposed Chef School. The client was a local
lender.
