(including trenching and backfilling required for installation of underground piping into building and under
floor slab); building services piping and plumbing fixtures and equipment for complete and operating systems.

Bid Package No. 21 - HVAC Systems:
1.
Reference all documents for extent of HVAC Systems. Includes all material and labor to install fully-
functioning HVAC systems with controls (including roof equipment curbs, package rooftop units, ductwork, air
inlets and outlets, exhaust fans, etc.). Provide general temporary heat as specified in Section 01500 -
Construction Facilities and Temporary Controls.

Bid Package No. 22 - Electrical Work:
1.
Reference all documents for extent of electrical work. Includes material and labor for all work of Division 16.
Provide new underground service connections from existing electric, telephone, and cable television utilities to
the new building (including trenching and backfilling, piping, and concrete encasement required for installation
of underground conduits). Provide conduit, boxes and pull strings for telephone, data, and cable television
outlets. Provide temporary electric power and light as specified in Section 01500 - Construction Facilities
and Temporary Controls.
