1.
Reference all documents for extent of concrete work. Includes concrete fill for pipe bollards provided by
others, parking lot curbs and gutters, sidewalks, curb cuts and aprons, and dumpster enclosure pad (including
compacted granular subbase for all work).

Bid Package No. 6 - Masonry Work:
1.
Reference all documents for extent of masonry work. Includes all concrete masonry unit work for foundation
walls and building walls, and perimeter insulation at foundations.
H.
Bid Package No. 7 - Structural Steel:
1.
Reference all documents for extent of structural steel. Includes all structural metal framing; metal joists; steel
roof deck and all metal fabrications (including roof ladder, pipe bollards, toilet partition supports,
miscellaneous angles, and other steel shapes, etc.).
I.
Bid Package No. 8 - Architectural Woodwork:
1.
Reference all documents for extent of architectural woodwork. Includes custom cabinets and countertops, and
coat rod and shelf. Coordinate installation of concealed blocking required for installation of the work of this
Bid Package with work of Bid Package No. 13.

Bid Package No. 9 - Exterior Metal Panels:
1.
Reference all documents for extent of metal panel work. Includes exterior metal wall panels and all associated
accessories.
K.
Bid Package No. 10 - Roofing Work:
1.
Reference all documents for extent of roofing work. Includes roof insulation; protection board; elastomeric
membrane roofing (fully adhered EPDM); sheet metal flashing and trim; gutters and downspouts; copings; roof
hatch and flashing of roof penetrations by other trades.

Bid Package No. 11 - Furnish Doors, Frames and Hardware:
1.
Reference all documents for extent of openings. Includes furnishing all steel door frames; steel doors; wood
doors; access doors; interior borrowed lite units; and door hardware. Installed by Bid Package No. 13.
M.
Bid Package No. 12 - Entrances, Storefronts and Windows::
1.
Reference all documents for extent of entrances, storefronts and windows. Includes interior and exterior metal
framed storefronts; entrance doors and aluminum windows.
N.
Bid Package No. 13 - Gypsum Board Construction:
1.
Reference all documents (including Owner's Fixture Plan, Sheet F1) for extent of gypsum board construction
and related work. Includes walls, partitions, bulkheads, drywall ceilings, insulation, vapor barrier, etc. as
indicated on drawings. Provide blocking for wall-mounted and built-in elements including but not limited to,
casework and cabinetry, toilet compartments, toilet room accessories, and other miscellaneous owner-furnished
items. Provide sanitary wall panels and trim; stainless steel access panel, plastic wall panel at telephone, and
corner guards. Install doors, frames and hardware.
