P R O G R A M I T I N E R A R Y
DAY 1
Our tour guides will meet you at the airport and
assist you with transportation to the Kilauea Lodge in
Volcanoes National Park.
DAY 2
Spend an adventurous day in Volcanoes National Park
exploring some of the most alien landscapes on
Earth. Our guest geologist will take you on a guided
VIP tour around the Kilauea volcano. Enjoy a relaxing
picnic lunch in the park and a sumptuous dinner at
the lodge.
DAY 3
We will check out of the hotel and go on a scenic
leisurely drive to Royal Kona Resort along the coastal
road. We will pass by the Punalu'u Black Sand Beach
and the "Pu'uhonaua o Honaunau" Place of Refuge.
Check out the local nightlife scene upon arrival at the
Kona Coast.
DAY 4
Wake up at your leisure to the lovely sun and surf of
Kona. Consider one of the many local options of
snorkeling, submarine rides, whale watching or
simply resting on the beach.
Meet the rest of your group early afternoon for a
summit tour of Mauna Kea with our guest astronaut.
We will enjoy the spectacular sunset, a picnic dinner
and stargazing at mid-mountain with portable
telescopes.
