Naming Rights
The hosted screen will be referred to as The [Sponsor] Screening Room in all publications and speeches throughout the Festival.
Select from the following venues*:
Hollywood Bar & Filmworks Theater A seats 175 - $3,000
Hollywood Bar & Filmworks Theater B seats 130 - $2,500
Hollywood Bar & Filmworks Theater C seats 67 - $1,500
Indianapolis Museum of Art seats 167 - $3,000
Indiana Historical Society seats 247 - $3,000
Jewish Community Center seats 50 to 120 - $1,500
Exclusivity
Screening Room Hosts can elect to be the Official and Exclusive provider of products or services for the Festival for an additional cash
or in-kind donation of $500.
Acknowledgment
+ Up to three rotating slide ads will be displayed during seating before all screenings.
+ Verbal acknowledgment before all presentations in the hosted screening room, and speaking opportunities before certain events.
+ Banners or posters in hosted theater.
+ Literature and/or other marketing collateral (samples, coupons, etc.) distributed throughout theater.
Exposure
Sponsor's name and logo will appear in the following areas:
+ Official Festival Poster
+ Official Festival Program - Name or Logo attached to all films screened in the hosted theater.
+ IIFF website
+ All print advertisements
+ Radio advertisements
+ Television advertisements
Advertising
+ Full page ad in the Official Festival Program.
Free Seats
+ Reserve up to 10 seats at all screenings held in the hosted theater.
+ Reserve up to 6 seats at all other festival events.
*Venues may change. If so, arrangements will be made to sponsor an equivalent venue.
